Brainstorm Fitness is for those that love "classic CrossFit" and want to have a great workout in under an hour.
 

5 x 60 minute sessions per week that involve strength, weightlifting or gymnastics work, followed by a conditioning piece.
 

Four levels of scaling for each session: Elite, RX, Intermediate and Scaled
 

These sessions have been created with the same core training principles used by the best CrossFit coaches and athletes in the world, while also still having fun with all popular CrossFit movements.
 

I truly believe that this programme is effective enough to follow and still qualify for local and national-level Scaled, Intermediate, RX and Elite competitions.
