Outline your goals

You will have a chance to meet your coach via an online video call. You will be able to discuss what you want to achieve from the programme and outline what goals you are working towards. During the consultation, you will be able to discuss your current training routines, training experiences, lifestyle habits and more. This will give your coach a better insight about yourself and will provide clarity and direction for when they start to design your training plan.

Testing week

Once you have had your initial consultation, and wish to move forward, it's time for a test week. You will be put you through a number of tests, depending on your goals, in order to gather the relevant data and metrics needed to start designing your programme. The test week will help give your coach an insight into your current performance and help support your coach when putting together a training design that is best aligned for you and your goals.

Get training!

Following your consultation and testing week, your coach will be able to provide your newly designed programme This will be accessible via the Fitr Client app. It is free for you to download and will give you 24/7 access to your programme. You will be able to view all programming provided to you and track your progress by uploading your numbers, scores and personal notes for your coach following every session. You and your coach will also be able to communicate via direct messaging on the app if you ever have any questions.​​

Fitr for the Client

Once you have signed up for coaching, you will receive your programming via Fitr Training. It is a free app for you to download and provides you with everything you need for tracking your progress and keeping in contact with your coach.

​

Each session will have clear notes and instructions from your coach. In addition, there will be video demonstrations of the prescribed exercise to help guide you.
